How do I buy a gift card?


Bay is a collective which means we all own our own Biz. So if you want to buy a gift card for services you'll need to pick a professional first. Sorry, you can’t buy a card to be used with whoever. If you don't know who to pick, just close your eyes and point at the screen. We’re all awesome.

Do you cut women's hair?

What should I do if I'm going to be late?


Don't.

JK. Kinda. Life happens, we get it. You can always try your luck no matter how late you are. It's important to understand that we run on schedules and may not be able to accommodate you. That is why we have made it possible to cancel or reschedule right up to your appointment. So if you are going to be more that 5 mins late, please cancel or reschedule so we can fill the space with someone or something else productive. If you don’t do this we may charge your card on file for the appointment.
